Henrietta Dwyer's: A Vision and Details in Nature and Wildlife In-Person
Henrietta Dwyer, a native of Broome County, from the Town of Fenton and hometown of Hilcrest, NY, she was one of the state's group of talented women of art, often not publicly recognized but for sure she demonstrated an eye that could was able to enjoy these memories until her passing. She always loved painting from her home and her familiar surroundings. She enjoyed watching and listening to nature and all it had to offer. She paid special attention to detail: movement, mere existence and connection in the environment, as well as capturing emotions that are evoked from just watching a moment in time. She is gone but not forgotten. She lives on in her paintings of nature and wildlife and we appreciate her talent with this art show.
